HOW PRE ORDER WORKS:
Pre-orders are merchandises that are designed by Diamond Da’shae which are not currently in stock but are on their way to our location. Most of our designs are limited in quantity and have the potential to sell out quickly so for this reason we offer our customers the option to pre-order in advance. When you place your order your account will be charged immediately. If you combined pre-order items with in stock items, we will ship those items separately. If you would like the in stock items to be shipped immediately, please place a separate order. Once pre-order items arrive, they will be shipped immediately to your shipping address. If for any reason, the pre-orders become available later than the expected date, we will contact you via email.
SHIPPING: VARIES depending on product. Please check the date listed in the description of the product.

Our Made-To-Order designs are handmade to fit each customer’s size, color and print selection. Since each piece is customized for you, refunds or exchanges are unfortunately not accepted. Please be sure to follow our measurement instructions and ask any question before placing an order. For more information, please see Customer Care.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your custom order to ship. If you need RUSH SERVICE (within 1 week), please email us for additional information and confirmation to ensure we are able to meet your deadline. Also, please not that there is an additional fee
HOW FABRIC REQUEST WORKS
If there is a design listed under MTO that does not have your desired color/print OR if the listing has been sold out due to fabric unavailability, we are happy to search for a new fabric color or print of your choice and recreate the design in the new color/print (based upon availability). Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a custom fabric search.
Ready to wear clothing are designed by Diamond Da’shae, made in finished condition and standardized sizes. The most common RTW products are t-shirts, which ae not shipped from Diamond Da’shae’s location but the manufactures themselves.
SHIPPING: Shipping is usually 3-5 days but please allow up to 10 days
Q: When will my item be shipped?
A: Well this depends on many factors-
For RTW ITEMS (t-shirts and phone cases), please allow 10-14 days for products to arrive. It takes 5-8 business days for processing and 2-3 days to be shipped after processing .
For MTO ITEMS (garments), please allow 14-21 days for products to arrive. It takes 7-10 days for processing and 2-3 days to be shipped
For PRO (clutches), please allow 14-21 days for products to arrive.
Why was only part of my order shipped?
Tees and pillows are sent, hot and fresh, directly from our manufacturer. Sometimes they ship faster than us…… but usually they’re slower. So if you ordered an accessory to go with your tee, expect the pin to get to you first!
Magical Girl Boxes are only shipped once per month and purchasing a Magical Girl Box will not delay other products in your order ❤
Do you ship worldwide?
Sure do! However, depending on where you are, shipping could take up to 6 weeks.
Do you accept returns/refunds?
Yes and no.
♡ For non-tee/pillow items: If there is an issue with your order, within three days (including weekends) of receiving your item you can contact us to return or exchange. However there are no refunds on shipping either way. After three days returns/refunds/exchanges will not be accepted.
♡ For t-shirts (and pillows): Tees are made to order and are final sale. No refunds/returns/exchanges. Please refer to the size chart before ordering.
Can I request a custom order?
Yes and no. We are always open to suggestions, but may not respond to every request. Please email email@example.com for any inquiries.

Oh no! I ordered the wrong item! How do I cancel my order?
If you’d like to cancel your order, it’s best to do so immediately before the item is shipped! ^_^ Just shoot me an email with your order details.
Please contact Legendary Rootz before returning any items.
It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Legendary Rootz and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
Due to every product being fulfilled as it’s ordered, we cannot offer size exchanges or refunds.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
A tracking number is automatically emailed when the order is shipped.
A signature is required at moment of domestic delivery. If nobody is present to receive, the mail leaves a notice.
We don’t refund shippings in case the selected carrier doesn’t accomplish the estimate date of arrival.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.).
All prices are in American dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges that may incur.

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Legendary Rootz reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
